Compliant Invoices: Must show your full Company Name, Physical/Postal Address, and TIN.

Supporting Docs: If you paid before the invoice date, please provide the Sales Order, Quotation, or Proforma Invoice.

The Original: We require the original tax invoice to submit your claim.
